Edgemoor Neighborhood

Located in the Southwest corner of the city, the Edgemoor Neighborhood is a peaceful, sought after place to live. Homes located in the western section are blessed with views of the San Juan Islands and Bellingham Bay. Homes in the eastern section have views of Chuckanut Mountain or Chuckanut Bay and in the northern section Bellingham Bay and the downtown city lights can be seen.

In the center of the Edgemoor neighborhood is Bayside Pool which offers swimming lessons during the summer months.  Although Edgemoor doesn’t have any city parks or trails there are several nearby. Fairhaven Park has a water fountain that in the summer months children love to splash around in on hot days. The Interurban Trail runs from Fairhaven to Larabee State Park and is perfect for running or bike riding.
